Gudou Holdings Limited (“Gudou Holdings”) is a hot spring resort and hotel operator and a tourism property developer in the PRC, principally engaged in the operation and management of the hot spring resort and hotel facilities of Gudou Hot Spring Resort; and the development and sale of tourism properties located at Gudou Hot Spring Resort. The “Gudou” brand is a well-known brand of integrated hot spring resort in the PRC.

Gudou Hot Spring Resort is located in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, the PRC, and is within close proximity to various railways and highways, including Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Railway, Guangdong Western Coastal Expressway, Jiangmen-Zhaoqing Highway, which connect to various major cities such as Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Zhongshan, and other parts of the PRC.

The integrated resort stretches across a total site area of nearly 650,000 sq.m., with six themed hotel complexes, namely Royal Spa Hotel, Hot Spring Villa Hotel, Mountain Seaview Hotel, Joyful Hotel, Gudou Lakeview Tulip Inn Hotel and Yuequan Huju Hotel together with a variety of leisure and recreational attractions, as well as conference centre and other ancillary facilities. Gudou Holdings also operates the Natural Spring Waterpark at the integrated resort, which is equipped with, among others, a water slide, an artificial wave generator and paddle boats.

Gudou Hot Spring Resort has been awarded as a National Tourist Attraction — Grade AAAA by the National Tourist Attraction Quality Rating Committee since 2005.

Along with hot spring resort and hotel operations, Gudou Holdings expanded its business portfolio to the development of tourism properties, mainly developing villas, high-rise apartments, low-rise apartments, low-rise studio flats and retail units within the site of Gudou Hot Spring Resort.
