Mr. Hon founded Gudou Holdings in 2000 and he is the chairman, chief executive officer and executive director of our group, and is primarily responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and development of our group. Mr. Hon has been the executive president of Guangdong Hot Spring Association since November 2014.

Mr. Huang is the vice president of Guangdong Gudou and the general manager of Jiangmen Gudou Management and is primarily responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and development of our group’s resort and hotel operations. Mr. Huang joined our group in April 2006. He has been the vice president of the Second Council of Jiangmen Wuyi Catering Industry Association since October 2013.

Mr. Wang is the chief financial officer of the Company. Mr. Wang is also an executive president and financial controller of Guangdong Gudou Health Travel Group Company Limited. Mr. Wang joined our Group in July 2010. Mr. Wang was promoted progressively over the years to the executive president and financial controller of Guangdong Gudou Health Travel Group Company Limited in 2023. Mr. Wang obtained a bachelor’s degree of in accounting from East China University of Technology.

Mr. Liang joined our group in October 2002. Mr. Liang is also an executive president of Guangdong Gudou Health Travel Group Company Limited. Mr. Liang was promoted progressively over the years to the executive president of Guangdong Gudou Health Travel Group Company Limited. Mr. Liang has been a qualified construction management assistant engineer since December 2014 as certified by the Jiangmen City Xinhui District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Mr. Tam joined our Group on 30 June 2022. Mr. Tam is currently an executive director of Guangdong Quanlin Tourism Development Company Limited. He joined Guangdong Quanlin in March 2010, and was responsible for operation management and is experienced in the tourism industry in the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Tam had been a member of the standing committee of Jiangmen Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since 2012, and had been the chairman of Wuyi Association of Hong Kong since 2016.

Mr. Wu joined our Group on 18 November 2016. Mr. Wu has over 38 years of experience in building construction and civil-engineering field in Hong Kong and Macau. Mr. Wu is a fellow member of The Institution of Structural Engineers, The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and The Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation. Mr. Wu graduated from National Taiwan University with a bachelor of science in civil engineering in June 1969. He then obtained his master of science in structural engineering from University of Strathclyde in August 1974.

Mr. Chan joined our Group on 11 December 2023. Mr. Chan is currently an independent non-executive director of Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited (HKex: 2368), EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited (HKex: 3860) and Winshine Science Company Limited (HKex: 209). Mr. Chan is currently also the company secretary of Pine Technology Holdings Limited (HKex: 1079) since July 2017 and SuperRobotics Holdings Limited (HKex: 8176) since May 2022 respectively. Mr. Chan is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2003. Mr. Chan obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1989 and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Manchester in 2003.

Ms. Zhang joined our Group on 11 March 2024. Ms. Zhang has 35 years of experience in the financial industry and is familiar with the management framework, corporate governance, brand management, corporate strategic management and internal control systems of financial institutions. Before joining the Group, Ms. Zhang served as a director of two Chinese banks from 2018 to 2022. From 2011 to 2017, Ms. Zhang served as a director and vice president of Jiangmen Xinhui Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Ms. Zhang had been holding various positions in Chinese banks since 1987. Ms. Zhang obtained a bachelor’s degree in administration from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2005.

Mr. Cheng has approximately 15 years of experience in accounting and related financial management. Mr. Cheng received a master of professional accounting degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has been registered as a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since May 2010.

Ms. Mai joined our group in October 2001 as a salesperson. Ms. Mai was promoted to the deputy general manager of Jiangmen Gudou Management in October 2014 and is mainly in charge of the sales department and responsible for the marketing development and promotional matters for Gudou Hot Spring Resort.

Mr. He joined our group in September 2010 as a director of operations. Mr. He was promoted to the deputy general manager of Jiangmen Gudou Management in November 2013 and is mainly responsible for the operation and management of our hot spring resort and hotel operations.
